Lexus Cars has released the upgraded fifth generation version of its original flagship LS model super luxury sedan car. When it was first released into the market back in 1989, the first generation Lexus Cars LS sedan made a great and long lasting impression on the market of premium cars and helped establish the Toyota’s Lexus brand as the producers and importers of high quality and high end luxury cars. In this review we will be reviewing the upgraded fifth generation 2018 version of the Lexus Cars LS model.
The 2018 Lexus Cars LS exhibits a bold and classy looking exterior design that reflects the modern and luxurious character of the car. Much like its exterior, the Lexus 2018 LS is also stylish, elegant and well built on the inside. With 22-way power adjustable and heated executive seats with leather upholstery combined with plenty of leg space the interior of the new LS does not hold back when it comes to comfort. In addition, the new Lexus Cars 2018 LS comes with an increased trunk size that allows for a great carrying capacity. On top of these features the new LS also comes with many safety features such as; adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, active steering assist, lane keeping assist and pedestrian detection.
The 2018 Lexus Cars LS model offers two different powertrain options; the regular LS model features a twin-turbocharged V6 engine with 416 hp and the LS 500h hybrid variant comes with a V6 that has two electric motors that put out 354 hp. The non-hybrid LS variant offers 10-speed auto transmission while the hybrid LS 500 has continuously variable transmission. Regardless of the variant, the V6 engine of the Lexus Cars LS provides ample amounts of performance.
With its base starting price, the Lexus Cars LS is one of the most affordable among its class of super luxury sedans and offers a great value for the overall great performance, comfort and quality that it offers.
